Michael began his banking career in 2002 and enjoyed ten years with a major bank supporting agribusiness, commercial and corporate clients across Western Victoria. In 2012 Michael became an independent finance broker and has enjoyed becoming a strong advocate for customers in their dealings with lenders. Having grown up in a primary production family Michael has always had a close association with the land and growers.

Michael is based in Ballarat in central Victoria where he and his wife enjoying sharing camping, fishing and hiking adventures with their young family. Michael is also involved in voluntary work for a local foundation supporting the community.

Liam was previously the General Manager of Ruralco Finance Pty Ltd specialising in Pastoral Beef across the Kimberley, NT and Queensland regions. Liam has had over 20 years experience in these regions and has an in depth knowledge of the livestock industry and the many challenges that graziers are confronted with either financially or environmentally.

Liam is located in Brisbane and is actively involved in Masters football. Whilst now city based, Liam previously lived in Townsville and owns livestock in his own right. Liam is also the local snake catcher and has relocated many unwelcome snakes from properties.
